Hannah Stodel
Hannah Stodel is one third of Great Britain’s world champion Paralympic Sonar Sailing team. As skipper, Hannah holds extra responsibility over her two crew members and has successfully steered them to the top of Disabled Sailing’s world rankings. Hannah's Motion Capture Shoot was interesting to say the least; despite bringing with her a set of intricate ropes and pulleys we decided an athlete of Hannah’s calibre deserved more props. Eventually Hannah and the team fashioned a mock sailing ship from two sets of drawers, the studio floor and a boat-load of initiative! Many thanks to Hannah for the improvisation and for driving a long way from base to Teesside University in Middlesbrough, where the shoot took place.
